Lander & Rogers' Sydney office relocates to 33 Alfred St., Circular Quay, a new home in an iconic Sydney building, reflecting the firm's commitment to sustainability, health and wellness, and providing an exceptional experience for its people and clients.
The firm expanded its national footprint and reinforced its commitment to providing exceptional legal services to Commonwealth Government clients, with the opening of a new office in Canberra.
Lander & Rogers reinforces its position as one of Australia's most forward-thinking law firms with the launch of AI Lab by Lander & Rogers, a program dedicated to AI and its impact on the legal profession. The firm is also one of the first in Australia to deploy generative AI assistant, Microsoft Copilot.

Lander & Rogers' Melbourne office relocates to the Olderfleet building at 477 Collins Street, a vibrant new home that reflects the firm's commitment to sustainability, health and wellness, and providing an exceptional experience for its people and clients.
Lander & Rogers opens Australia's first dedicated LawTech Hub, a place for clients to collaborate with tech entrepreneurs, lawyers and business experts on transformative new law-tech products.
The firm creates the iHub, an award-winning, multi-disciplinary team of problem solvers who create client-focused solutions to complex challenges. Drawing upon expertise in law, business and technology, the team co-designs highly-customised systems and processes that transform legal service delivery.
Lander & Rogers opens its Brisbane offices in Queen Street, shortly before moving to Creek Street. Rapid client growth leads to a relocation to Waterfront Place five years later.
Lander & Rogers becomes the exclusive Australian member of TerraLex, a global alliance of high-profile independent law firms with in-depth local knowledge.
Lander & Rogers opens its Sydney offices in Spring Street.
Client growth leads to the firm moving to bigger premises at 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
The firm rapidly diversifies, developing leading expertise in commercial, family, real estate, and construction law.
Lander & Rogers actively grows its workers compensation practice. Lawyers at the firm transitioning to this field receive close support from more experienced colleagues.
By 1970 Lander & Rogers is regarded as the pre-eminent Victorian firm acting for employers and workers' compensation insurers.
Hartwell Lander and Glyde Rogers create the Lander & Rogers law firm – with the order of names decided by coin toss. The firm's founders cultivate a fast-paced culture, grounded in collegiality and family values.
The two friends remain name partners until Rogers passes away two years later. Hartwell Lander provides financial support to the Rogers family for the following three years.
